Submission for Photo of the Year 2010 started, winners will get Digital Camera, Digital Photo Frame and Certificate of Achievement.
Call for Entries. All professional and amateur photographers are invited to participate in the 3rd annual photography Photo of the Year Contest.
Images will be judged by professional photographers based on: impact, equipment expertise, technical/artistic expertise, light and color, creativity and suitability.
The Aperture Light Photo of the competition is open to both amateur and professional photographers of any nationality.
Its aim is to reveal the most inspirational and innovative images. As always, we’ve made a number of improvements to the contest. Photographers can edit their current contest entries any time after uploading the images. We’ve also clarified a number of rules. Please read the rule carefully before entering in Photo of the Year and Photo of the Month contest.
Prizes: Photo of the year title to contest winner, Digital Camera, Digital Photo Frame, Memory Card and Certificate of achievement.
Eligibility: The entry is open to all photographers over 18 years of age, or under parent guidance
Limit: Each member can upload 1 entry in Photo of the Year Contest.
Entry Fee: $10 entry fee.
Copyright and all other rights remain that of the photographer. Any photograph used by The Aperture Light shall carry the photographer’s credit line.
The competition is open for entries until the end of December 2010, At January 2011 a final shortlist and winners will be announced, followed by Honorable mentions and overall winner, as selected by a panel of judges.
